I'm a Certified Integrative Change Worker, Life-Coach & Hypnotist but that's not really what matters.
What matters is...
I get how frustrating it is to have a hard time sleeping!
I get how it impacts everything else in your life and really consumes you.
I get what it's like to be exhausted and know that you just need to get some rest but the moment you try to, your mind starts racing and you just lay there in bed getting more and more frustrated and desperate.
I get what it's like to rely on pills (melatonin, cbd, ambien...) to fall asleep and knowing without them I was hopeless.
At one point, I had totally given up on the idea of getting a good night's sleep. I would be up all night long and then feel like a zombie all day as I tried to get stuff done and be productive. I was miserable.
At the time, I started making small changes to my lifestyle that over time, helped me to become the great sleeper I am today. (Really... these days I consider getting good rest one of my superpowers!) I didn't really know what I was doing at the time, but now, looking back on it, with all of my understanding of how our brains work, I can see how I was able to turn that ship around and start getting good rest when I had thought I was hopeless!
When I learned my mentor, Melissa Tier's Sleep Protocol everything really clicked!

- guide you towards clarity and insight as to what may have been leading to your prior challenges falling asleep.

Hypno-Slumber Party details:
When: The par-tay will be held over a single, 90 minute(ish) session on Wednesday, January 3rd at 8 PM MST.
Where: Our private Zoom room. The link will be emailed to you prior to the session.
Who it’s for: Anyone that wants to finally get better sleep. This workshop is for people who are open to new things and ready to have some fun at the same time!
What it costs: just $20 usd.
You will need:
- You may find yourself wanting to take some notes, so I recommend having a journal or notebook handy. But don't worry too much about notes because... you are going to fall asleep during our time together. Which is why I'll be sending a replay and notes/resources after.
- Please, plan to be somewhere super comfy... on the couch in your p.j.'s, in bed... just please, since this will be a zoom call with cameras on... don't forget the jammies!
