Together we'll be working WITH the unconscious mind to:
-identify your true, deepest desires and ambitions

-identify what's REALLY holding you back and begin to change those habituated thought patterns (because so, so often, there's something hiding in our unconscious mind, trying to protect us that we need to clear up to really be able to take action and move forward.

-determine your next smallest step to get started and ditch all the overwhelm and guilt B.S. so you can finally take action and start feeling productive and excited!

-build a new unconscious identity as the person you dream of being via hypnotic affirmations (This one is will leave you embodying the change and making huge progress! It's MAGICAL! done via private 30 minute sessions that are recorded for you to play back as much as you'd like! and hint, the more you use it, the better!)

And, so our conscious mind doesn't feel left out along the way... we'll be working with it to:

-break your goals into smaller, manageable pieces

-gamify it all so that we get your brain working FOR you instead of against you (hello dopamine!)

-build a community so no one feels like they're doing this alone. Think weekly coworking sessions, an online "support" group (off of Facebook as to avoid all that typical FB nonsense) and lots of fun!

And, I'm including a BONUS VISION SCRIPTING Session where we'll:
Use hypnosis to get really clear on your desires and use that to create your personal "Vision Script"... think of it like a cross between vision-boarding and creating a daily journal habit. It's an incredibly powerful tool that up until now I've only used with my one on one clients but this time we'll be doing it together! 

We'll be doing all of this together over the course of one month - January 8-February 2, 2024. With weekly group coaching calls every Monday, weekly coworking events, ongoing group support via the online group and some surprise pop up events "just for fun".
